I’m Tim Street, founder of FoolProof FSBO and a successful real estate agent turned homeowner advocate. After years inside the industry—and personally selling homes at over 100% of list price in a fraction of the average time—I realized something uncomfortable: most homeowners and investors were paying massive commissions for a process they could confidently handle themselves with the right system.

Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, became a Federal Air Marshal, then worked in sales, marketing, and tech startups, where I learned how to simplify complex systems into repeatable frameworks. That skill set became the foundation for FoolProof FSBO—a step-by-step, safety-first approach that helps homeowners and investors sell on their own terms while preserving more of their hard-earned equity.

Today, I teach homeowners how pricing, presentation, psychology, and process—not gatekeepers—drive successful home sales. My work focuses on clarity, confidence, and control during one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make.
